I am looking at buying a house in the next few months. Almost all the prospects will place me in Wilson county. I know Bexar county you have to go Trust/Corp.Anyone have any input on LE willing to sign off in Wilson?

What are you asking about?

No worries. Just trying to find out if I can finally get a couple cans without having to deal with the extra headache of starting a Trust.

Not a single NFA owner in Wilson county willing to chime in?

you can get sign off for SBR easily (at least as of a year or two ago) but my understanding is no silencers (get a trust) and not sure about MG since I haven't tried.

Call up the Wilson county sheriff and ask him.

If he says no, bypass him and go with a trust.

Making a trust really isn't that hard.  Easier than getting fingerprinted every time you want to buy an NFA item, I'd reckon.

I figure that is what I am going to have to do. Need to find out the restrictions for shooting on my own property too. I can't find a damn thing online for the county.
