| I know someone who is looking to move to Houston. It is a young couple and they are looking at a house in Brunswick Meadows. It is located at 288 and Sam Houston Toll way. Does anyone know anything about the neighborhood? |

| I wouldn't live between 610 and the beltway on the south side of town. I used to live just south of there at 288 and 518 and am glad I don't anymore. But, if you can only spend 100k on a house, figure out what side of town you're going to work on and then buy in the closest suburb with relatively good schools. At double that budget there are some decent pocket neighborhoods on the west side of town in Spring Branch ISD. Hopefully these folks aren't looking at working downtown, the commutes from a decent neighborhood at that price would be unpleasant. |
