| Any ARFCOMMERs out here? |
| I saw you and the cake, photographed the cake. This was my first time there and have to say it was a huge dissapointment. I expected strawberry stuff everywhere. Except for the shortcake and a booth with chocolates covered strawberries, the theme was MIA. It felt like going to Traders Village with rides. :-( |

yeah, for a "strawberry" festival to have limited strawberry's is kinda sad/lame. The worst part is the strawberries were not from Pasadena, they were from California and maybe some from Mexico... but they did raise a lot of money this year for the scholarships they give out, so that is good.

Went Friday night, gone the last 3 years. My daughters love it. Yeah, thats good. I guess it really depends on the person though overall. I can see why someone would be let down at the idea that there would be strawberries everywhere, but it fills it enough in my opinion. Its really just a fun place to take your kids during the day because of all the rides and other games. Or if you have access to a tent, the cook-off portion is very fun, usually lasts well into the night. |
