The reason I asked is the (Ranges) I have been to in the area do not like the rapid fire full on fun type stuff. They frown on full mag dumps from a tactical shotgun and 30rd dumps from my AR.. With the AR I only do this 1 or 2 times each trip but the shotgun see's no mercy. I need a good-ol-boy caliche pit to enjoy myself. They all seem to have been Commie'd out and have no trespass signs on them.
With a CCW permit in my possession the crap gets deep if you get caught.. I want to avoid this. I am currently trying to find out how to get in touch with the people at McElroy ranch.. Their range is where I did my last CCl class at and it was kinda cool. |

Midland Shooters Association...private range...like $100/ year for the family...pistol bays, various rifle ranges...quite a bit nicer than Ben Avery in Phoenix where I used to live...it's off of 349 and 1213.. I shoot at least 2X a week by myself ( I use the pistol bays with my 1911 and practice shooting and moving, cover, etc) then usually Sunday the whole family goes, we use the rim fire lanes and the silhouette range with the kids and spousal unit., |
 Lived in Midland for 22 years, great place. If you decide to come out and shoot 3 gun on the 21st, shoot me an IM on Friday. We'll meet up before the match. I do have to warn you that kanek(poster above you) is a class 3 dealer and will use his voodoo powers and take your money. |

I would like to come and spectate this event and see how things are done... I am interested in info on class 3 items as I know very little about the laws and the acquisition of these items.. I'm gonna have to get a second job now!!
