Position Summary:
Provide technical expertise & support our clients. This position holder will be required to work flexibly, in a rapidly developing technology environment. We are currently looking for a talented, fast-paced IT Consultant, Systems Engineer. Must have a high degree of professionalism and an ability to manage multiple urgent tasks and represent the company in a professional manner. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated to optimize client and internal systems and processes. CANDIDATE PROFILE Working knowledge of: • Citrix XenApp Server • Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 • Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, 2003, 2007 • Sonicwall / Cisco Routers • VMWare ESX 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 Skills in: • Proven track record of innovative thinking and design • Designing Active directory domains from SBS servers to Enterprise multi domain environments • Create and implement group policy objects • Design and implement Citrix XenApp server farms • Create and implement VMWare ESX server clusters • Perform physical to virtual migrations of servers on ESX • Design and implement WAN infrastructure using Sonicwall / Cisco products Ability to: • Independently adjust priorities and the allocation of time and resources to meet user and project schedules • Coordinate with other groups to meet project milestones and schedules • Learn and become proficient in new methods and technologies • Proven track record of success with Citrix XenApp server, VMWare and Microsoft business products • Passion for end-user focused service, design and development for solutions with an appreciation and empathy for the entire project process including strategy, engineering development, and production rollout • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and convey ideas to cross-functional technical and non-technical teams • Standpoint on current technology trends, their impact on end user interaction, and their implications for the design and development of enterprise software • Proven record of decisive action, even in uncertain situations, by making sound and timely decisions necessary to carry out programs and policies and maintain systems operation Requirements: • Certifications in one of the following: Citrix XenApp, VMWare and/or Microsoft products • 3 - 5 years professional work experience • Domestic travel rarely |
