I had a very bad experience at the Armsroom. Two major reasons: Being accused of not being an American and being accused of being dropped on my head when I was a child.
A friend told me that it wasn’t the owner of the store that said that, but one of the employees. I do not care if it was the owner or not. That guy still works there. So as long as that guy works for the Armsroom, I will tell people of my experience. There are better gunshops in Houston with friendlier people. |

Since he's in Texas City why not check out Ts guns and ammo. They're right there off of Loop 197. The man that runs the place is awesome to talk to and has some very good prices. I'm sure if he doesn't have it in stock he can order it for you. His name escapes me at the moment.

Check A Gun Shop at HW6 and Clay, he usually has some in stock and a ton of parts. fred usually doesn't have high end AR's in stock, but he can more than likely order them. he's a bit high on transfer fees...i think $50/gun. his prices seem pretty fair though for what he does carry. ETA he's also closed on sundays and mondays. |
