We filled ours out and sent it in the day we got the 1st on about a month ago now we get one today. Isn't the "soft" deadline tomorrow for these things? Its the same one we got the short version. Anyone else with this same problem? its a typical .gov cluster i guess.
I thinking I should fill it out and send this one in as well. Whats yalls thoughts?

I got a second one, too. I thought it was a reminder because I haven't sent mine in yet; Saturday sounds good to finish it.
