is there a difference between buying a policy from Progressive online and through an agent? or for that matter, from any company? will the quotes be different?

FYI, had progressive, allstate, etc.,
As far as auto/home/life, AAA Texas was cheaper with more coverage.
Boat, progressive is still cheapest.
