Does anyone know why some avatars have disappeared and have been replaced with a red dot as mine did, is there an issue with the server ?
Mine was fine and working online two days ago.

Now its working...hhhmmm weird must have been a slow server issue loading them.

I only see a white field on your avatar and on mine. Likely server issue.

They have been white all day, while I've been at work. At home they are white with a red dot, and every once in a while they load.

You're slowly fading away, soon you will not be able to see your post, then you will not see any replies to any post and then you will disappear altogether.

About half loaded for me on this page. Top 4 -5 are white fields.
ETA: After posting, mine is a white field as well.

The ARFCOM media server has been acting up. It's done the same thing before.
Don't panic and attempt to reload your avatar. It will clear up.

There is an Arfcom-wide avatar overload from overuse of the word "Avatar" –– every time someone posts a new thread here about the movie Avatar, a Team Member's actual avatar disappears.
For the love of all that is holy, quit posting about Avatar...
