I'm so glad they gave him the death penalty, I was afraid they were just going to give him life. I think the video of him in jail saying did he look like he had remorse and his actions in court caused him to get the big one. I couldn't be happier.

There was a comment from the jury that they decided if he were to get life in prison with no parole, he would always be a danger to the other prisoners.

The jury foreman indicated that his demeanor and lack of remorse in the interviews, courtroom, and phone conversation convinced them he needed the needle.
