Not really.   I heard these guys on NPR a week or two ago.

They offer an interesting perspective at first, but it very quickly moves into the 'tinfoil hat' arena.  There is no question in my mind that the food industry is big business, but I will always remain skeptical of claims of "hidden dangers" and conspiracies.  

When I hear claims of health risks, I expect to also be given evidence from well constructed experiments and other primary sources in reputable, peer-reviewed publications.  In what I have seen and heard to date, none of that has been offered - I must admit, however, that I have not watched their entire film (I would not be optimistic, though).
