Not sure exactly how this is going to work out. Unlike last time when GW sent a stimulus it was pretty much free money that in turn you paid taxes on at the end of the year. This time I think Hussein wants it to be a advance on your taxes from next year.
If thats the case Im going to send mine back addressed to 1600 Pensylvania Ave with a letter stating thanks but no thanks. |
| It's not a stimulus bill, it's a spending bill, so most of the money is being spent on things that won't affect most of us. Even the Congressional Budget Office says only $0.12 of every $1 of the bill is actually going towards any kind of stimulus. Obama said he would cut every piece of pork out of any stimulas plan, but this thing is nothing but pork. And most of the money in the bill won't even be spent until 2011 so it's not going to have much of an affect now, even though Obama says they need to do something immediately. What he is saying in his press conferences is completely different than what he is actually doing. But what's another $1.1 Trillion in debt? |

If you included that rebate check as income when you did your taxes, you need a new accountant. |

| I dont believe any money would cost the government anyways. There are millions of unused $$$ that is set aside every year for gov loans and grants, and only like 40% of it is ever used. So basically there is a pile of unused money left over from years of not using it. GIVE IT TO ME NOW! lol |
