No big surprise here. I'm shocked that it took them this long to do it. It is funny that in the classified section for guns there is a note saying the Chronicle will not accept ads for "military style assult weapons". But, they ran the ad from Academy last Sunday that showed two Bushmaster AR Models that were on sale. i found that to be slightly hypocritical.

Our local libertarian-conservative radio talk show host pointed out the other day that the editorial board voted 100% Democratic in the last election. Not sure how he knows that, but I'd imagine they printed it somewhere. He wouldn't say that w/out knowing he could provide documentation if called out on it. |

I'm only surprised the chronicle did not announce it earlier. I wouldn't know if they had anyway, I would not waste my time or money on that garbage. last time a chronicle sales rep showed up at my door I told him I wouldn't even let my dogs shit on their paper if it was free. That was the first sentence of me answer of if I wanted a subscription. |

And they wonder why more and more newspapers are going bankrupt. At least some folks are getting fed up with all the crap these left wingin newspapers are spewing and looking towards alternate places to actually get the real and true facts not what some nutjob wants us to believe. Now if it would start hittin the drive by abc media the world would be a better place. Dont forget republicans are the party of the rich, osamas latest campaign donations signal that, not! I would think a candidate that says he wants to spread the wealth would take some of his wealth and spread it to other campaigns and people that have a real need besides these jokers.
