Anyone fly in the Waco area?  I need some over head photos of the Tiger Valley range on Hwy 84.  I have a good digital or 35mm camera you can use.

I've got a buddy who flys over the oil pipeline East of Dallas, I just sent him an email to see if he ever flys that far south.  If he does I'll see if he can help you out.

I just spoke to my friend, he's going to be in that area around next Wednesday and offered to take pics.

He asked for GPS coords, can you help him out?  I know he uses Garmin if that makes a difference.

Damn,  I guess it is time to have the reserve repacked and get current again.  I have been missing jumping and this sounds like a damn good reason to get current.

If it ain't on fire, I'm not jumping out.  I've done lots of crazy stuff, but never had the itch to jump out of a good aircraft.  Haven't been in anything smaller then a 747, and I don't think they would fly over the range and let me open the door.  Let me know if you guys are flying in that direction, I need some photos for some military guys which show the layout of the range and bays.

As one of my buddies in the 82d used to say, there's no such thing as a perfectly good aircraft. You just don't know what's wrong with it.

Guys if you are serious about doing like a chute & shoot let me know.

I tried to put one together years ago, my friend said he would let us jump into his range, and have a match but i could not garner enough intrest. Im sure he would still let us do it. let me know and maybe we can start a seperate thread on this. dont want to hijack tj's thread. joe

Why fly? get someone crazy enough to climb that huge freaking cell tower right outside the range. I'm sure that bastard is at least 1,000 feet high.

3 of the aircraft that I have jumped from have crashed, one of them twice. I was not around when they crashed.  One had a wrist mount Altimeter zip tied to the stick.

When only a couple of the gauges worked the pilot did not have to look at much besides where he was going.

I am pretty sure that the tower is not close to being tall enough.  I may be wrong.  But base jumping is the only thing the wife has said "no" about.
