| Anyone fly in the Waco area? I need some over head photos of the Tiger Valley range on Hwy 84. I have a good digital or 35mm camera you can use. |
| If it ain't on fire, I'm not jumping out. I've done lots of crazy stuff, but never had the itch to jump out of a good aircraft. Haven't been in anything smaller then a 747, and I don't think they would fly over the range and let me open the door. Let me know if you guys are flying in that direction, I need some photos for some military guys which show the layout of the range and bays. |
As one of my buddies in the 82d used to say, there's no such thing as a perfectly good aircraft. You just don't know what's wrong with it. |

Guys if you are serious about doing like a chute & shoot let me know. I tried to put one together years ago, my friend said he would let us jump into his range, and have a match but i could not garner enough intrest. Im sure he would still let us do it. let me know and maybe we can start a seperate thread on this. dont want to hijack tj's thread. joe |
Me 2. I've never been on a plane before and I'm kinda waitn for a chance to jump. That way I can say the first plane I got in I had to jump out of. |
3 of the aircraft that I have jumped from have crashed, one of them twice. I was not around when they crashed. One had a wrist mount Altimeter zip tied to the stick. When only a couple of the gauges worked the pilot did not have to look at much besides where he was going. I am pretty sure that the tower is not close to being tall enough. I may be wrong. But base jumping is the only thing the wife has said "no" about. |
what a way to start. i loved jumping until my fateful interaction with some trees at Benning. ended my shit right then and there.if you've never done it, you need to
