I've had a CHL for almost four years, went to buy a XD 9mm Sub Compact today and never noticed before, but my first name on the CHL is miss-spelled, I can't believe that I never noticed it until Barry at the gun store pointed it out to me when we were filling out the paper work.  Could this be a problem if I get pulled over or on the ATF paper work ? I have bought several guns over the past four years and no one, not even me have noticed it. My first name is Keith and they spelled it Kerth, went back and looked at all of my CHL paper work and my name was spelled correctly. |
If it were me, I would just be sure to get it corrected on renewal. |
