I am considering to sbr my HKSP89. Can i just mail the forms in myself, or do I have to goto a class 3 dealer? I mean I am not buying a gun, and I planning to purchase a stock after the paper work comes back,and then have the gun engraved. How does this work? Does the class 3 dealer have to mail all the paper work in, even though no said firearm transfer is taking place? R |

| u can just print the forms off the comp.fill them out (f1) and mail them in with cert of comp and money order and wait u turn in line. paperwork will come back to u then ur legal.take it and have it engraved.if u dont have the forms any class 3 dlr should mail them to u free of charge. |
