Small personal OC cannisters that you can purchase are legal. It is the big foggers that are illegal. ยง 46.05. PROHIBITED WEAPONS. (a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly possesses, manufactures, transports, repairs, or sells: (8) a chemical dispensing device (14) "Chemical dispensing device" means a device, other than a small chemical dispenser sold commercially for personal protection, that is designed, made, or adapted for the purpose of dispensing a substance capable of causing an adverse psychological or physiological effect on a human being. |

I bought my wife and daughters the "palm defenders". Small pepper spray cylinders that attach to their key chains. Look like "penlights". Their actually carrying them. Everything else seemed so big or un-carryable. Inserts are replaceable. www.productwizard.com/asppaldef1.html |
