I posted a while back about the problem I was having with Tejas Gunworks aka Terry Davis. Basically, I purchased the rifle from him in January 06 with a flash hider installed. Recieved the rifle without the flash hider. He said send it back and he would install it and vent the forearm and skeletonize the stock for free. I said let me at least send you something for the extra work. We agreed to an additional $20. Anyway, I still have not recieved my rifle back. I few months back I posted on here to see if someone could find out if Terry Davis was still around. Well, low and behold he posts saying he had alot of things going on and would send ASAP. I told him to hold onto the rifle until he got things worked out, but wanted an ETA. Never got an ETA. Contacted him again and he said he would send it out the very next business day, but still haven't recieved. Since then I have recieved no contact from him. Does anyone know this guy? Is he still around? He no longer has any firearms for sale on GB so this concerns me as he was very active on GB. I am about a half second away from calling the Austin PD and reporting that he has stolen my rifle. I have alot of patience, but it has worn completely down with this guy! Any suggestions? |
