Can anyone tell me how the Market Hall gun show in Dallas compares to the Saxet gun show in Austin or San Antonio?  More vendors? More selection?  Is it worth the 200 mile trip?

Thanks

 Oof

Market Hall has up to 1800 tables.  You can find just about any flavor jelly bean, style of beef jerky and any but Righty the Elephant Beanie Babies.  The last one had goldfish, I haven't seen the sugarglider lady for a few months though.

Market Hall is most likely the premier show in Texas.  The Austin Saxet show really does pale in comparison.  You'll really have to look for bargains, they're there, you need to know what you want and what it's worth before putting down any money.

The DFW crew, and usually others from the state make every show.  We usually go on Saturday, meet by the snack bar at noon.  Lunch at one of the local restaurants, hopefully someplace new this coming show.

I have been to Saxet and have been to San Antonio (airport show), and Market Hall is superior to both.
