Why isn't he part of this site?

Probably because he is not too fond of the AR-15, M-16 type weapon.  He is of the old school that doesn't like the 5.56 mm round, or "poodleshooter" as he likes to call it.  hinking.gif

I met him at CCGunRange... nice guy.  He really loved my Enfield No1 MkIII=, his was sporterized, mine is OEM 1916.  He didnt say anything about my AR.... and I later visited his website glossary where he calls an AR a "banjo"

"The M16 is to rifles as a banjo is to a guitar."

But a nice guy and willing to help folks out.

Obviously he likes to screw up his metaphors.

A banjo requires much more training effort to use properly and when played correctly will run circles around a guitar.

Hand a banjo player a guitar and he can play it.  Hand a guitar player a banjo (and the picks for each finger) and watch them make a fool of themself.

I don't know the guy, or anything about him.

He attributed those quotes to Cooper.

Some of his glossary is funny.

Gotta live a White guy who considers himself a Wetback African-American.

Where do you get this new term, Mike?  I might guess, but I've better not.

I've met Kim, he came to the shoot last year. His shooting position was next to mine; nice enough guy. Here he is loading explosives. Here we are at the shooting line.

He's outspoken and opinionated - much like everyone here .

I read his web page. The terms and comments come from his Glossary or bio:

Great Wetback Episode Of 1986:

When I emigrated across the Atlantic from South Africa to Paradise

In his glossary is where he also attributes the banjo quote to Cooper, along with GFW, Goblin...

From his Bio "Who the hell is this guy:"

a White African-American with a girl's first name and a French last name...

My personal favorite is "FREDS".

I'm gonna have to vote for Soutpiel:

Soutpiel, or soutie:

"soht-piel" or "soh-ti" An immigrant who refuses to assimilate into his adopted country, keeping one foot in the Old Country, the other in his adopted country, while his penis ("piel") hangs in the salt ("sout") water of the sea between.

I can definitely see myself getting use out of that one.
