Look, you idiot. I am not concerend about ME getting cold. Remember, I go hunting in the Winter with no food, just to prove that I can. You keep telling yourself how baaaaad Utah is. The only reason you want to go to Utah is so you can try and marry all your boyfriend's you polygamist. I saw through your plans when you asked all your male friends to go to Utah with you, told us not to bring women, and then asked about polygamy. TRG |

Nowcast as of 7:44 am CST on November 17, 2004 Now regional weather discussion... intermittent rain and drizzle will continue through 10 am across western North Texas and most of western North Texas and the western half of Oklahoma...generally near and west of Interstate 35. Rain will become heavier and more steady in parts of North Texas and south central Oklahoma. Hourly rainfall rates of 1/10 to 1/4 inch are likely in some areas. Rain areas will move toward the north northwest as they rotate around a slow-moving upper level low centered over west central Texas. This motion will bring a large area of moderate to heavy rain northward...from west of the Dallas Fort Worth area to the Red River area between Wichita Falls and Ardmore. Hourly rainfall rates could approach 1/2 inch in these areas by 10 am. The upper low will continue moving to the east northeast at around 15 to 20 mph...and will continue to draw a deep layer of moist air northwestward ahead of it. As a result...periods of rain will likely continue through the day across the entire area...with the axis of heavier rain eventually setting up over south central and central Oklahoma by this afternoon. Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches will be likely in some areas by tonight...which could bring some storm totals to between 4 and 6 inches. Flooding will be possible through today...especially over western North Texas and southwest and west central Oklahoma. Flooding potential may increase over parts of central and south central Oklahoma later today and tonight as the area of heavier rain moves farther east. Forecast for Foard Updated: 3:08 am CST on November 17, 2004 Flood Watch Tuesday overnight and today... Today Rain and a chance of thunderstorms. Patchy fog. Rain may be heavy at times. Highs in the lower 60s. Light winds becoming southeast around 10 mph in the afternoon. Detail Tonight Cloudy with rain likely and a slight chance of thunderstorms. Patchy fog. Lows around 60. Southeast winds around 10 mph in the evening becoming light. Chance of rain 70 percent. Thursday Cloudy with a 40 percent chance of rain. Highs around 60. West winds around 10 mph. Detail Thursday Night Cloudy with a 40 percent chance of rain. Lows around 50. Northwest winds around 10 mph. Friday Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain. Highs in the upper 50s. Highs in the upper 50s. Saturday Night Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain. Lows in the mid 30s. Sunday Mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of rain. Cooler. Highs in the mid 40s. Sunday Night Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain. Lows in the mid 30s. Monday through Tuesday Mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of rain. Highs in the upper 40s. Lows in the lower 30s. Looks like the farm has received 1.5 - 2 inches of rain out of this slow moving storm. It will be muddy, so make adjustments as needed. |
That's what I am thinking as well. It is really only 'bad' if the rain is still falling and the roads are being travelled. The ruts could be a problem. Besides... If you can make it down the 3 miles of red clay road bed to get to the gate, from the gate to the cabin will be a breeze. TRG |

Nowcast as of 9:15 am CST on November 18, 2004 Now regional weather discussion... isolated light rain or drizzle will continue across the area through the morning. However... the heavier showers have moved out of the area and will continue to move east and northeast out of far eastern Oklahoma this morning. Areas of fog will lower visibilities to between one and three miles across areas of southern Oklahoma and western North Texas. Radar and satellite loops at 9 am placed the center of a mid level low pressure system over north central Oklahoma. A surface low was centered over northwest Oklahoma near Waynoka...with a cold front southward across western Oklahoma. As moisture wraps back south on the backside of the low pressure and the surface cold moves southeast across the area a few light rain showers will continue to be possible through this afternoon. Forecast for Foard Updated: 10:20 am CST on November 18, 2004 No Active Advisories (US Severe Weather) Today Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of light rain. Patchy fog in the morning.
