Send him an e-mail and ask. Get it from the horses mouth sort of speak. That is how I found out my local sherrif and city Chief of Police won't.

Are you serious???

I would recommend getting an incorporated business and finding a Class 3 Dealer who can help you navigate the journey in front of you.

You want to know more about Chief Hurtt?
More on Chief Hurtt

Probably the opposite direction of what HPD and the citizens of this town need.

Good luck.

I've never heard of any HPD chief that would sign. Harris County S.O. was signing up until a couple of years ago, but that has supposedly stopped too. Incorporate or move to a better county!

What part of incorprate don't you get?  I was like you, then someone left the incorpation pod at my doorstep and I am now happily incorporated.  Its easier.

Seriously, set up and LLC.  It is much easier.

Incorporate. It's really the only way now in Houston/Harris..or so I'm told.

There once was a way to walk it through Harris County sheriff's office, but I've heard that may have dried up.
