 My desktop at home went AWOL due to f***ing virus.

 Any computer expert DFW crew member can help me?  I can't log in....can't restored it...computer can't detect/recognize any modem in computer, etc...... (OK, I'm a computer illterate)

 This computer has Norton antivirus.  I can't even open the program to see what was/were deleted.

Hit ctrl-alt-delete to bring up a list of current processes.

Cut and paste what's running here, if you can.

If not, shut down all but the pertinent ones.  I'm sure somebody can tell you what those are.

 Hi Drew-tx.  Where do you live?  Dallas area?
 I'm in Ft Worth.  Don't mind driving.  I have the restored CDs,  but couldn't restore it.
