Erik from Overland Park. Been on here about five years. My account got all jacked up so I had to make a new one. Glad to see the great state of Kansas has its own hometown section now. I work in law enforcement in the local area and security forces it the Air Force reserve.

5th Generation Kansan checking in. I'm in the Army in Texas at the moment, but born and raised in Wichita and God willing I'll be back soon. I think I might get moved to Leavenworth next year. Good to see so many other Kansans on here.

Recently moved to the KC area and living in Johnson Co.
Looking to make some connections with any property owners (or people who are friends or family with property owners) within a 2 or 3 hour drive that I can keep learning how to shoot more than 100yds and possibly learn to do some coyote hunting with. I just started dabbling my toes into both of the above in Oregon before I moved. The lack of wide open public land is taking some getting used to. |

I lived in Hays for a while when I was going to FHSU and worked up there, now I'm back in GB. I'm a member at Kiowa Gun Club just a few miles outside of town and hit up "matches" in GB, Larned, and Ellsworth when I can. |

Hi all, my name is Mike and I live in Lenexa, Ks. I just bought my first AR style rifle, the LWRC M6 IC A2. I've added a Redfield 3-9x40 scope, UTG Tactical bipod, and Magpul front grip. I'm hoping to be shooting this badboy in a couple of weeks. I'm looking to pick up some Lancer mags and single piece scope mount and a nice case to carry it all in. Are there any 300 yard ranges in our local area? Mike

I didn't even know this thread existed! My name's Charles, I'm originally from Leawood (currently going to school in Pennsylvania), and I bought my first AR a few months ago. It's a DD M4V7, and I've shot a few hundred rounds through it so far, when I can.
