unfortunately my drivers license and cwp were lost on a trip out of town. Anyone have info on the best way to replace the cwp? The form I pulled off of the sled site for a replacement asks for a copy of the cwp?

Don't worry about having a copy of the CWP for replacement of a lost or stolen CWP card.
SLED uses the same document for change of address, also. A situation where you would still have the card on hand. I can't imagine them giving you grief about it. For your driver's license number, call the DMV and see if they will give it to you. |
