Several years ago I got into some catalogs and ordered parts for building a flintlock long rifle.
After getting all of the parts together, I realized I was short on skills and tools for finishing this. I started some fitting, but then decided I didn't want to screw it up and packed everything away. I hadn't thought about it in a long time, but recently came across the parts stash. I was wondering if any of you know someone who would have the skills to assemble this for me. While the stock is inletted, this is not like a Thompson/Center kit (I've built one of those). I live in Summerville (near Charleston), and would probably be willing to go as far as Columbia (about a 100 mile radius) to find someone to do this. Any suggestions? |

This guy is a gunsmith in Summerville. I don't know if he is the guy for that particular job or not.
