| Not much interaction with them, but I was impressed, asked about a vehicle on their lot via email, he sent me the details, asked a specific question (about rust on the underside of the vehicle as I saw on the car fax where it was up north for the first 10 or so years of its life) and got back an honest "considerable amount" instead of something like "nothing to worry about, when can you come check it out" |
