Please contact your state senators so this pro gun legislation passes in SC.

While I doubt this bill will ever get out of committee it's worth a shot. The state senator in my district (McElveen) has "liberal idiot" tattooed on his forehead (or should), Nonetheless I'll send the requisite email.

As a follow up, the following pro gun senate bills need gun owner support:
Senate bills 105,117,125

You can read the legislation here:
http://www.scstatehouse.gov/billsearch.php

Every gun owner needs to get involved, witness what happened to second amendment rights in New York, CT, CA and other liberal states.

Don't let it happen here....get involved. These are proactive bills that are in our favor.
Call, write, email your representatives.

This link will help you find your representatives. Get to know the person who will vote on your second amendment rights.

My senator is 2 times loser Sheheen.
I have no idea what his stance on gun issues are because I never could find them during his guber campaign, but I would believe that he is a Fudd anti.

My representative is Grady Brown.
He is the Democrat yes man pawn. He will vote how he is told.

Basically, my letters would fall on deaf ears.

Please don't ever give up. You must contact your reps and let them know you exist....then work to get them out of office next time around.

Gun owners don't fight like other groups do.
Look at the gay marriage crowd, the abortion crowd, illegal alien groups. They fight for what they believe in

Gun owners must adopt this fierce attitude and fight for our rights and it's best to be proactive at this point. When we are on defense, it's a lot harder to win.

Sheheen would be worthwhile to try simply because he still has some proving to do if he will ever get in the governor's house. He has never really "come out" of the gun closet.

Now the lady from northern Kershaw County is a Dem, but she is definitely pro gun and has spoke at NRA meetings.

Wow! Sheheen and Brown? You've been double tapped. I had Leventis  but he was good for a democrat. Now that I moved I think I got that loser Hutto and Cobb-Hunter. So I'm a lost cause too. But I can try and at least try to put pressure on them.

S. 105 was the only interesting one based on a cursory read.  117 and 125 are feel good stuff.  105 probably has holes in it where Sheheen, Hutto, and Cobb-Hunter could drive Hillary through it unnoticed.

If anyone wanted to play real progun, give us a Shall Sign NFA bill.

ETA:  Can't spell scumbum Sheheen
