In the midlands you have to go to the Farrow road warehouse store to get the pickup. Before the panic started a year ago I would actually find what I wanted online, go into the store with the item numbers and they would pull it out the warehouse on the spot. |

Yep... You can pick up in store - on Farrow Road only. Just put the address of the Farrow Road location in as your delivery address. The latest guidance from the Farrow Rd store and the PSA industry forum is to use the phrase "in-store pickup, call when ready" for the company line and the 2 address lines of the shipping address. PSA said in their industry forum that using the Farrow Rd address sometimes causes the package to be put on the UPS truck. The package goes to the UPS hub and comes right back to the PSA warehouse from the hub. I cleared this shipping address with two people on the sales floor at Farrow. It was one of the "good approaches" being described at the cash register one afternoon. I double-checked it with the lady who fixed my mispick. 
Yes. You can have anything sent for in-store pickup. I've done ammo, mags, optics, AR parts, etc. The downside for everyone in SC outside the Midlands is that in-store pickup is only offered at the Farrow Rd location. I could channel a ton of butthurt that I drive past Fernandina nearly every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Given how bad gun stores and prices were in Columbia 10-15 years ago, I don't mind the drive to Farrow ... Edit: thanks to kids making their homework my homework |

They really could ship your order to any store...they have trucks coming out of the new West Cola warehouse all the time..... Not holding breath, was told in Greenville there wasn't the avail warehouse space to do such......and yes, Taxes + Shipping have killed more than a few "deals" for me this past year.... That said, I've enjoyed visiting the Greenville Store the few times I've been over-really nice peeps on the floor. |
