Guys, I need a point in the right direction, or an answer if anyone has it...I have a friend who owns a restaurant and homebrews with me. He want to sell our beer in his restaurant, legally of course. Where can I find the place for permits, fees, regs or whatnot. Google is not being very helpful, or maybe just my dumbass not putting in the right query. Thanks for the help!

There is a manufacturer's permit that you'll need. I've heard that there is another permit for brewpubs that covers smaller amounts but don't really know about it. Can't be too hard because I've had some microbrew at the Sumner grill.

I went round and round on the state's page, and I don't know why I couldn't get to the one you linked. |
