I probably misunderstand my question. Trying to familiarize myself with the process. My understanding was that I would need to set up a corporation and then have that corporation registered as a NFA trust. Based on your answer, I take it that it is all done in one go then? The trust when set up becomes a legal entity without the need to set up a LLC or Corp. ahead of time? |
