Unfortunately, VA-gunnut saw our CT friend's thread as spam.

So here it is recreated.  Hopefully there will be a GD thread soon.

Saturday- April 5th, there will be a rally at the steps of our capitol building in Hartford CT. We need all the help we can get. Please mark your calendars, take a day off from work if necessary, come stand in support of and with your brethren from CT.

I would love to see 50 different state flags flying high in support, in defiance.

Details can be found in this thread --->Official CT Rally Thread  in the CTHTF. If you have questions regarding laws, locations, times, places to stay etc, feel free to post them over there. Outside of our trollish campfire rhetoric, there are dozens of good men who would eagerly answer your questions.

If you can go above and beyond: The CCDL (holding the rally) is a grassroots organization with limited assets and resources. I am merely a member and can not/do not speak for them in any official capacity. BUT, it is up to men and woman like you and me to take the initiative. I have been promoting under my own recognizance and personal sense of duty, but I am only one person, I can not be everywhere. Please, take a moment to find the flyer in the thread provided, print out a few, and drop them at your local gun shops, VA's, K of C's, etc etc. WE NEED ALL THE SUPPORT WE CAN GET.

I apologize this is not more descriptive, I implore you to visit the thread provided. I myself am limited in time and resources as well, and am going to try to post this is an many HTF's as possible.

Carry on!

Me too.  I wish I could support by bros in CT.  Better to fight it there than have it come to MS somewhere down the road. I wish them well.

I'm a CT guy who moved to TN a few years ago.  I can tell you there's an incredibly strong shooting and training community up there, and these guys are now on the front lines against this absolutely useless law.  I know for sure that they all appreciate the support.  Going the rally is great, but in all honesty, dollars go a lot further when it comes to actually fighting the fight.  There are two main pro-gun organizations, CCDL and CT Carry that I'll mention.  I'm not affiliated with either one in any official capacity other than giving them my money.

The CCDL is the organization that has a chance of getting an appeal before SCOTUS.

I'm going because it has gotten past the point of just needing to send money.

For a least this one rally the CT guys need to see people from all over the country attending, IMHO.
