Did anyone catch the light show Sunday night at sundown?

Saw a rainbow passing exit 17 in Lebanon. Just below exit 13, it was partly cloudy out, yet there was this very light shade of blue against the clouds. It was really cool looking. If I had been smart, I would have checked to see if it had shown up on my dashcam. Unfortunately I didn't think of it yesterday before I headed to work, so the files have been overwritten.
