Since we can't carry concealed here in NJ, does anyone carry pepper spray? I was considering it and also considering getting some for my sister who has been having issues with large unleashed dog in her neighborhood scaring her from walking down some streets.

Pepper spray is limited to 3/4 oz. You're probably better off investing in a good pair of running shoes.

Pepper spray has poor results on dogs. There is dog specific spray.
