I ordered a 1911 springfield loaded, black n stainless steel target and I was told 6 - 12 month wait  WTF.  I thought that kind of a wait was for AR types.  On top of that the background checks r taking up to 2 weeks to get back. Geez

I'm trying to remember where I bought mine...  I bought it off the shelf, maybe Lawman when they were in Egg Harbour??  They're in Pennsauken now, but I know they had a couple few Springfield 1911's in stock last time I was there.  Not exactly sure if they had the exact one you want, but it might be worth a call.

Backorders seem to be affective everything.  I get it for anything semiauto.  But even S&W revolver and high-end bolt action rifle supplies are low.
It seems, if it goes bang, it is selling.

I guess we surpassed panic and @ the level of histeria now.   I tried Lawmens yesterday and not much in stock.  They did have a Range officer and a few sigs in stock.  About 5 9mm springfield SS 1911's.   What Im looking for I cant find.  The 1911 loaded, target Black Stainless Steel with trijicon.  Doesnt help Im picky  I picked a hell of a time to want a 1911
