Does anyone know the rules for purchasing a stripped lower in NJ? Does it have to be purchased with a fixed stock at the same time? I would love to assemble my own, but not get visited by the State Police in the process. Thank you for any imput.....

Just have to have a FID card and go through an ffl. Don't Have to buy it with a fixed stock. Just walk in pay for it, minimal paperwork, and your good. When you assemble it does have to meet certain requirements though.
