| I have been offered a really good deal on a LMT SopMod stock. I guess I'm supposed to have it pinned. ( I hate pinned stocks), Does this have to be done by a gunsmith or is it something I can do myself? Also, will I be able to unpin it if I can escape nj? |

well, technically in NJ, just having all of the parts to construct an assault rifle under your control is a felony. So if you were to get an unpinned stock you would be in violation until it was pinned.
Is there a chance that anybody would find out about it? Well, no, but I am paranoid. Everything like that that I purchase goes to a gunsmith first. |
