| I know it's not legal to celebrate freedom in NJ like most other Americans do, with fireworks, but are sparklers allowed, or are they only for use by state approved freedom celebration technicians also? |

Any and all fireworks are illegal, sparklers included lol yet all day and night i hear explosions everywhere around my neighborhood and no one does anything about it lol It's only a disorderly persons offense for using them IIRC. "Possession with intent to sell" is a fourth degree crime though
