Wonder if you're restricted to what type of media to be "printed" from?  If it's a specific type of plastic then... mehhhh...

Agree, another non story.  People have made AR-15 lowers from wood and one guy made one from a plastic cutting board.  It's like carving a stock from a plank of wood and saying you made a gun.
