My ammo purchase history sheet is full on my FAC. (despite everyone writing in really tiny handwriting)
Whats the procedure to get a replacement? Do I need to send my FAC to GMP or will they just send a new ammo sheet out as a continuation?

Either add a separate sheet for the time being and wait till you send in for a variation or send it back with a letter asking for a reprint... good going by the way..
