but pissing down with rain 
About an inch of snow here in Worcestershire and still coming down. It is supposed to change to rain in early hours but according to Met Office we may be driving into heavy snow as we travel towards the South East. If we are a "no show" tomorrow it means we are stuck on the M4

Snowing in Hemel Chavstead. And settling nicely.
The magic roundabout is rapidly becoming the fcuked up roundabout because they failed to grit the dual carriageway going up the hill leaving it 
Just had to thread my way past an assortment of cars abandoned at various angles. And more eejits seeing same and still giving it a go. And making it all worse. Its at time like this I love my 4x4

Had to abandon the car in Derby saturday night, gridlock where cars and lorries stuck on hills.
Luckily we have friends about a mile away from where we parked up, a quick call and we walked to theirs, hot meal and some beer, made a nice evening of it. Dug the car out yesterday lunchtime and back before dark.
