Can anyone recommend a half decent belt magazine holder / pouch for .22 mags. Looking at 2 gun comps at our club. We have the PSG kit sorted however the market for magazine holders / pouches seems huge and most may not be suitable.
Any ideas ?

I have some mag pouches from UK Tactical which are very good, but depending on the cof's you'll be running, I doubt you'll need more than 2 mags on any stage, so if that's the case I'd recommend nothing more than a mag cinch to clip a pair together.
Makes your reloads much quicker

Thought along the same lines. One possible cof may be based on multiple mag changes with restricted rounds in each. the aim being to test each shooter on reload technique whilst in different positions and at speed, hence the possibility of 3-4 mags being carried

Is there a 'ruling' on clipping mags together? I have attended shoots  that didn't allow it..

As for pouches, these are really good..

Viper do an excellent range of mag pouches /belts/dump bags , ect.

Their Mp5  3x mag pouch is very popular ( once the top flaps are cut off ).

available on flebay in 3 colours

I guess it depends on the match organiser ?

Do WNSC still allow it ? They did last time I shot there (approx 12 months ago)

I haven't heard anyone at WNSC say that you can't have mags clipped together. A guy used them at the PSG/Mini rifle comp on the 3rd.

It wasn't WNSC, it was an Action Weekend at Bisley.

It's funny really. I've had several run-ins with some of the aforementioned invigilators, all at Bisley. I don't normally have such problems, being the shy, retiring type

So is it written in the Bisley Bible then or a speshul made up rule

Don't know.

I will also say they have been in a minority, most people who help out at the events are pretty good and helpful.
