After 12 months of spending all my spare cash and using up most of my spare time, I have finally finished the flat upstairs. The furniture finally arrived this morning and I have handed the keys over to the tenants, who are a decent couple of teachers from Australia. My new tenant David, used to be a keen shooter in OZ and before Port Arthur owned an SKS along with a .410 and a couple of .22 rifles. It's a relief to both have it finished and also find decent tenants. Let the good times roll  |

| Doesn't matter how decent they look or act getting the rent on time and every month will only prove this been done in the past. Tennants leaving with the furniture, wrecking the place, moonlighting an all that stuff seen it all Gave up leasing and decided to sell it in the end too much hassle Although I didn't stay near by I must add. |
