It's all about communication and using the correct channels, the CSR Mafia (you make up the rules) member I spoke to knew nothing of any rule changes for 2010. I just wish people could be more open, explain the rationale behind any proposed changes to rules or conditions and publish them well before the new season starts or entry forms are posted, but that would probably be expecting too much.
