Actually, I have two, and they do charge through the USB cable, however, most computers do not put out enough amperage to charge while the unit is on. It will charge while the unit is off, though. I think my car charger also puts out enough to show a charge while using the ipad, but it may have been another charger somewhere in the house. I have 3 iPhones, so I have chargers everywhere that are compatible. |
