I've been watching a bit of BBC lately, and have noticed an alarming trend of late; gents wearing short ties.  I caught an episode of "The Inbetweeners" and damn near all the little shits were wearing their ties about six inches long.  I initially thought this was just another case of teenage stupidity, but in the background on "Top Gear", I noticed an adult with the same ridiculous setup.

Then prior to the Super Bowl, this:

For those of you not in the know, that is Merril Hoge, a former running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Although completely mediocre as a player, and journalist, I fear his mere appearance on TV in such comical garb, might influence America's youth to follow in his clown like footsteps.

This can not stand.  America's children has long looked to the UK for hip new trends.  If you don't get this under control, soon we'll be seeing celebrities who actually have influence over kids, wearing ties shorter than my cock, and next thing you know, Tyrone is going to be scraping through the hood, with his pants around his knees, and a fucking tie down to the first button.

You guys need to fix this.  When you see someone with a tiny tie- do something.  Use harsh language.  Assuming your government hasn't banned them, use scissors to cut the tie off.  Or, just point and laugh.

C'mon guys, together we can prevent this tragedy.

Not guilty! When one wears a tie, (I try to avoid it, but sometimes they make me), I wear it down to the belt line.

To the buckle, it's the British way, preferably with a Windsor knot..

Keep laughing.  I'll make it my mission in life to convince every one of these goofy bastards that the UK is a swell place to live.

+1 but with a half Windsor knot.

Have you noticed that the diagonal stripes on American tie run in the opposite direction to English ties?  There is a technical explantion why but WTF

I went to the indian last saturday with the handbrake and bairn. This shagwit at the side of me, out with his bird, had a pair of those daft jeans on...he was sat on the chair, his undies on full, and i mean, full view, and these jeans were round his legs. he took offense when i asked him if he had his trolleys down cause he was taking a shit ?
Tosser.
Half ties fall into the same category. Almost as bad as a full tie, without a pin....that should match the one holding your handkerchief in your suit top pocket....
