So now the powers that be decide to name the Baby P trio and put up some photos thus guaranteeing that more of our taxpayers £££ is going to get spent protecting these scumbags by providing new identies and a fresh start in life. Moral of the story seems to be go and hideously murder / mutilate some kids (Huntley / this mob etc) and get relocated to some less populated part of the UK, get given a stipend and a fresh start.
