I use Redding Comps in my 650 but they aren't really necessary.

I'm sure the Dillon ones will do just fine

..........but there's no point in getting the Dillon ones if I already have the Redding..

With all non-Dillon dies mounted on a Dillon, it appears that you have to put the locknuts on the underside.

The Reddings will be fine.

Are you using a neck bushing die?

Only Dillon dies I use are their carbide sizing dies, work well but you still need lube.  Don't neck size and don't recommend it for ARs.
