Aldi's is having a special on these
http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/58_8580.htm Some people use them for cleaning their brass. I bought a couple coz they're only £17.49 each abd tonight I put my watch in one as a test. I should've taken pics coz the difference is remarkable. Worth thinking about for cleaning small parts etc |

Bought a similar thing off eBay several years ago,
I use it for cleaning all the semi auto bolts and trigger sets. It gets the worse off but there is still crud in the small nooks and crannies that'll need attention. Never been able to get brass cleaner than a tumbler does (and the tumbler does about 5 times the 223 brass in one go), and there's no drying either. |
