Just ordered an RCBS power trimmer from them; anybody know their average delivery time?
Given that they don't charge for orders over £150 I can't really get on the phone and bollock them as it was only last Wednesday I ordered it.

I've found that it's usually about a week whenever I've had anything.

Yep, around  8-10 days for me.

Our quoted delivery time is 7-10 days, but the Thursday shipment always clears through quicker.
You should recieve it Wed or Thurs this week.

Thanks Tyga; I hadn't realised you worked for them, tell me does the stock get posted from the UK or does it get posted in from Europe?

I'm a director of the company, but take a backseat role as I'm busy at uni.

It will have arrived this morning, a bit later than usual, due to a holiday in the States which delayed our shipment.

Orders are shipped over from our warehouse in the states twice a week, and then sent out via Parcel Force.

As if such a thing would happen.

S & B Classic Varmint Rifle Scope 4-16x 50mm
York Guns price £1027
MidwayUK price £1557.52

ETA: Midway USA price £1328.39
But that can be explained by the extra shipping costs, as Germany is much closer to the USA than the UK..............?
Or is it that you have to pay import duties, as Germany is not a member of the EU..........?

I have never purchased anything from MidwayUK. Never had too.
I have bought stuff from P.J.Starley's though.

I have never badmouthed MidwayUK anywhere, or P.J.Starley etc etc.

They (well at least one of them) on the other hand...........

Dear schoolboy…

Go get a job and make your OWN way in the world and THEN I will place some credence on anything you say or any opinions you hold…

… now run along and do your homework, that's a good boy.

However at midway UK prices the free delivery for orders over £150 means most orders are delivered free now that is fair.
